RTCI is a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with projects in Utah, Idaho, and Nevada. Our office is based out of Salt Lake City. The mission of the company is to provide the highest quality responsive service to its clients while providing opportunity and flexible, progressive working conditions for its employees. The focus of the company is Traffic Engineering and Design, Planning and Construction. These services include Design and Construction Management for Transit, Highways and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Design services include LRT Operational Analysis, all types of Roadway Design, Fiber Design, Traffic Impact Studies, Traffic Signal Design, Signing and Striping Plans and Production of Contract and Specification Documents. RTCI Construction Services include Traffic Control Plans, Oversight, Construction Management, Site Monitoring, Plan and Specification Compliance, and on-site inspection. RTCI has both AutoCAD and MicroStation capabilities. Clients include both government agencies and its contractors. Major clients include Utah Department of Trasportation, Idaho Department of Transportation, Wasatch Front Regional Council, Utah Transit Authority, Siemens Transportation Division, Battelle Institute, and Wasatch Constructors (I-15 reconstruction). We have also assisted many large engineering firms on both a short and long-term basis. These firms include Parsons Brinkerhoff, HDR, Sverdrup Civil, DMJM, Michael Baker Inc., and Fehr and Peers.
